AI Opportunity Assessment Terms of Service

Your assessment costs $999 USD, paid at checkout. It includes a 20 to 30 minute recorded voice interview, a personalized report with prioritized recommendations, estimated costs and potential time savings, a four-day quick wins plan, and a 30-minute review call. A person at our company reviews every report before it is sent. We email your report within 48 consecutive hours after you complete the interview. Implementation services and software subscriptions are separate purchases, and you are under no obligation to buy them.

Complete your interview within seven calendar days of purchase and attend your review call within 14 calendar days after report delivery. Provide reasonably accurate information and arrange access to the tools needed for your plan. Contact us promptly if you need an extension; any agreed extension will be confirmed in writing. Delays caused by our availability will not reduce your rights.

If you complete all steps in your report’s four-day quick wins plan within 30 calendar days after report delivery and achieve less than five hours of average weekly time savings, you qualify for a full assessment-fee refund.

“Five hours” means combined staff hours saved across your business each week, without counting the same saving twice. Compare the same tasks at reasonably comparable workloads against the baseline you described in your interview. Use your own reasonable, good-faith estimate, including ongoing checking and correction time, averaged over two representative weeks after implementation.

Email your request within 60 calendar days after report delivery. Include the steps completed, completion dates, baseline task times, and estimated time savings. We do not require a professional time study. We will not condition this guarantee on buying implementation services from us. Any necessary software costs will be identified in your plan. We will also check in with you around day 30 to help with anything holding up your results.

We refund the full amount actually paid for the assessment, including applicable tax, when Section 3’s conditions are satisfied. You also qualify for a full refund if we miss the 48-hour report deadline, regardless of the savings guarantee.

We respond to refund requests within five business days and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within five business days after approval. Your payment provider controls when funds appear. Software purchases and separately contracted implementation are excluded. These terms do not restrict mandatory legal refund rights.

Your interviewer is an AI assistant. The call is recorded and transcribed, and AI tools help analyze the transcript and prepare recommendations. By participating, you consent to this processing and recording. Obtain permission from any other participants. If you would rather speak with a person, or cannot consent, contact us before the interview and we will arrange a video call instead. We keep your interview recording, transcript, submitted business information, report, and service correspondence. Access is limited to authorized personnel and the service providers needed to deliver the assessment, including our voice, transcription, AI-analysis, hosting, and payment vendors.

We do not sell your information or disclose it for unrelated purposes. Disclosure may occur when legally required. Recordings and transcripts are deleted within 90 days after report delivery; reports and correspondence are retained for 12 months; payment and legal records are retained as legally required. How we collect, use, share, and protect your information, including the providers we use, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Do not provide passwords, access credentials, customer personal data, or sensitive personal information. Use anonymized examples.

Except for Section 3’s express guarantee, savings and costs are estimates, not promised outcomes. Tool prices, features, and availability may change. Recommendations are business advice; we do not warrant that a particular tool will fit your needs or operate without errors. You decide whether to adopt a recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the assessment is limited to the assessment fee you actually paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not reduce our express refund obligations.

You own the personalized report content we create for you and may share it internally. We retain our pre-existing templates, methods, and materials, with permission for you to use any included elements for your internal business purposes. Third-party materials retain their existing ownership. We use your name, testimonial, or anonymized results in case studies only with your prior written permission.

Utah law governs these terms, subject to mandatory applicable law. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah. We may update these terms, but the version in force on the day you purchase applies to your assessment. These Assessment Terms govern your purchase of the assessment. Our Website Terms govern your use of our website, and if they conflict about the paid assessment, these Assessment Terms apply.
